Track your order
As soon as your order ships, we send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
How to track your package
- Find the email titled "Your order is on the way" (check your spam or promotions folder too).
- Click the tracking link, or copy your tracking number.
- You can also paste your tracking number at 17track.net to see every update.
Good to know
- Tracking can take 2 to 4 business days to show its first update.
- Gift Set orders arrive in two packages, each with its own tracking number.
- Delivery usually takes 8 to 14 business days after shipping.
No tracking email after 5 business days, or no updates for 10 days? Contact us with your order number and we'll help right away.
